Simon McElrea
Chief Executive Officer
Previously CEO of Semblant Inc. (sold to HZO Inc. in 2018), President & Founder of Invensas Corp., now Adeia [NASDAQ: ADEA], CEO Vertical Circuits Inc., whose IP was acquired by XPERI [NASDAQ: XPER], COO of FreePower Inc. (adopted by Tesla in 2023) and Energous Corp. (IPO in 2014). McElrea held various senior engineering and business positions in Johnson Matthey, Honeywell and Amkor Technology before building/repositioning early-stage Deep Tech companies and leading them to exits. Author of 35 US patents. Bachelors and Masters’ degrees in Engineering Science from Oxford University.
Sunity Sharma
Chief Scientist, Inventor
PhD Chemist and former Resident Scientist at Stanford Research Institute (SRI). Lead author of 17 US patents on molecular metal inks and coatings, along with deposition methods including plating and ink-jet printing of metals including palladium, gold, copper & silver for applications in electrical interconnects, corrosion resistance, catalysis, and laser direct writing.

Executive Chairman
Previously SVP Global Customer Relationships at Lam Research (an $18 billion semiconductor equipment company). Prior, was President of Inotera Memories (acquired by Micron Technology). Connections across the globe with C-Suite leadership at semiconductor and related companies. B.Sc and Masters in Engineering Physics from University of Calgary, PhD from Shizuoka University, Japan.
